Students To Launch Event

Get ready to blast off to a world of discovery with us  as we guide participants through an engaging series of interactive STEAM based activities! These activities are designed to introduce children to space exploration and experience real life NASA mission simulations. Worldsculpt Inc has partnered with Miles and Rogers Community Consulting Services and First Light organization to bring the intergalactic to Niagara Falls. This day long event will be hosted at the The Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center, and is intended for curious middle school students who are interested in learning about the mechanics of space flight. The program is curated to stimulate a sense of wonder and excitement, as well as allow underrepresented middle school students the opportunity to visualize themselves pursuing a career in the aerospace industry.

What to Expect

Upon arrival students will be checked in and asked to sign a photo release consent form. Throughout the day our specially trained mission leaders will facilitate activities  simulating the challenges that engineers and space explorers train to overcome at NASA. Students will be given hands on tasks, and taught how to use tools such as computers and coding programs. There will be a period of time for snacks and lunch. All students will be awarded a certification of completion at the end of their exciting space exploration adventure!
